In response to the ongoing pandemic, Jessica Smith and Chelsea Ainsworth will be teaching live, in person dance classes. This class series has been created to adhere to current COVID-19 restrictions. Each class is located in a large open studio with proper ventilation and there's a maximum of 5 guests per class to allow for social distancing. The class series is a suggested donation of $15

ABOUT DUAL RIVET:
Jessica Smith and Chelsea Ainsworth have been making and presenting work since 2017. The work focuses on highly athletic movement as well as physical partnering, which they have been sharing and teaching around the country. They come from an international background of creating and performing work in places such as England, France, Germany, Japan, Philippines, West Africa, Canada, and the United States. Jessica and Chelsea have performed at venues such as West End Theatre, Kittery Maine, Musikfest Pennsylvania, Peridance Capezio Center, CreateArt, and Arts On Site. They have set work on companies such as the Peridance Youth Ensemble and Mixt Company Connecticut. They are currently on faculty at Peridance and Steps. Chelsea and Jessica are also directors of a multi-disciplinary arts organization, Arts On Site in New York City.
COVID-19 restrictions:
Limited occupancy for each class, 6 guests total.
Monitor the flow of traffic in and out of the building so that each guest can maintain 6 feet of distance from others at all times.
Provide and maintain hand hygiene stations on site.
Post signage throughout the location to remind personnel and visitors to adhere to proper hygiene practices, social distancing rules, appropriate use of PPE, and disinfection protocols.
Designate a site safety monitor whose responsibilities include continuous compliance with all aspects of the site safety plan.
All visitors are required to:
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class (9:45am).
Complete COVID-19 questionnaire (listed below).
Wear appropriate face covering.
Use bathroom before arrival.
Visitors are not allowed at event if they answer "yes" to any of the following questions:
Have you had COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days?
Have you had a positive COVID-19 test in the past 14 days?
Have you been in close contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in the past 14 days?
